Remarkable Chablis Grand Cru Bougros 2008, matured out of barrels, of a great power with much of minerality, with the delicate aromas of hazel nut and pear, honey of acacia, white flowers, a very large smoothness, a full and suave wine. Excellent ChablisPremier Cru Côte du Léchet 2009, unctuous, all in subtlety of aromas, with notes of lime and apricot. Nice Chablis Premier Cru Lys 2009, of nice golden robe, scented and persistent mouth, with musk and the fresh, tasty fruit notes. Beautiful Chablis Premier CruBeauroy 2009, with the intense nose (flowers, fruits, fern), very rich in mouth, a great success, charmer, dense and delicate at the same time, with the subtle notes of citrus fruits, narcissus and toast, a delicate and full wine, to envisage on a sea-bream. The 2008 are of nice goldenrobe, scented and persistent mouth, with these fruit connotations yellow fresh, dry and mellow at the same time, suave as it should be and of a nice spiced final. Chablis Premier Cru Côte de Léchet white 2008, where freshness is combined with the roundness, a wine with the subtle bouquet of rose and lime, of supple mouth. There is also Chablis Vieilles Vignes 2009, matured well in barrels, with the accents of citrus fruits, powerful and persistent mouth, beautiful robe, a nice floral final.
